Bold Text Generator
Convert plain text into Unicode bold, italic or bold-italic characters that paste as styled text anywhere, even where formatting isn’t normally supported.
About the Bold Text Generator
Unicode includes a full duplicate set of letters and numbers in the "Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols" block, originally intended for math notation but widely repurposed to create bold and italic-looking text that works anywhere plain Unicode text is accepted.
How it works: Each regular letter or digit is swapped for its styled Unicode twin by shifting its character code into the matching block (bold capitals, bold lowercase, bold digits, and similarly for italic and bold-italic). Because these are genuinely different characters rather than formatting, the result pastes as "bold" even in plain-text fields like social media bios and captions that don't support real formatting.
Note that Unicode has no italic digits or bold-italic digits, so numbers are left unstyled in those two modes, and only basic Latin letters and digits are converted — accented letters, emoji and other symbols pass through unchanged.
