About the College GPA Calculator

This calculator finds your new cumulative college GPA after adding a semester of grades to your existing academic record. It combines the quality points you already earned with the quality points from your new courses.

Formula: Cumulative GPA = (Previous GPA × Previous Credits + New Quality Points) ÷ (Previous Credits + New Credits)

This is the same method registrars use to update your official transcript GPA each term, so it's useful for tracking academic progress or planning what grades you need going forward.
