About the Churn Rate Calculator
Churn rate is the percentage of customers who stop doing business with a company over a given period, a key health metric for subscription and recurring-revenue businesses.
Formula: Churn Rate = (Customers Lost ÷ Customers at Start) × 100 · Retention Rate = 100 − Churn Rate
