About the Hexagon Area Calculator

A regular hexagon has six equal sides and angles. Its area can be found directly from the side length using a formula derived from splitting the hexagon into six equilateral triangles. The side length, area and perimeter each have their own independent unit selector.

Formula: Area = (3√3 ÷ 2) × s² · Perimeter = 6s
