About the Octagon Area Calculator
A regular octagon has eight equal sides and angles — the shape of a stop sign. Its area is a fixed multiple of the square of its side length. The side length, area and perimeter each have their own independent unit selector.
Formula: Area = 2(1 + √2) × s² · Perimeter = 8s
